Is there a way to get the rest of the Liquid Wax Melts from the bottom of the bottle?
Absolutely, To get the most out of your Liquid Wax melt, as you get to the bottom, if you pop it in the microwave in 5 second intervals, it will loosen the remaining product. We often just run our Liquid Melt under hot water for a safer option!
How long will my Soy Wax Melts Last?
Our Soy Wax Melts use the maximum fragrance load and highest quality soy wax, so our customers can get the most out of the order. If you use 1-2 melts in your burner, we estimate they will last between 10-20 hours, before you need to change them.
*If you are not sure if you can smell your melts anymore we recommend you put it in a space with a closed door and leave it for 30 minutes to test.
Can I use the liquid wax melt in an electric burner or does it have to be flame?
You can absolutely use it in an electric burner or a regular oil burner. We strongly suggest when using our Soy Wax Melts and Liquid Wax Melts in a oil burner with open flame, to never leave unattended.
What’s so great about Liquid Melts compared to a regular Melt?
This is a question we get A LOT and we knew it needed answering.
✨It’s a bottle of goodness and you get to decide how much you squeeze into the burner/warmer. This is a WIN all on its own as there is less wastage
✨Because our Liquid Melts are in a liquid form, we are able to use twice the fragrance load in each bottle so the Liquid Melts are definitely stronger.
✨Changing over the fragrance is super simple. Simply wipe out your burner/warmer and start again.

Are your Room Spray’s safe for Pets?
Jaspa Room Spray’s are considered safe around Pets. We of course don’t recommend using them as a ‘cologne’ or spraying them directly on animals as some essential oils and fragrances can be harmful to them. We ourselves have pets and know of other customers who have used our sprays around animals and have not had any negative side effects.

Keep your Soy Wax Melts, Liquid Wax Melts and Room Sprays out of direct sunlight so they aren’t of risk of melting and losing their fragrance.

Our goal is to get you to start enjoying Jaspa Products straight away which is why we will process and ship your order within 1 business day. If you order on a Tuesday evening, we are busy packing it that night and shipping it Wednesday morning!
